RETURN POLICY
Hello, here’s all you need to know about getting your Humanhood product replaced. We offer an exchange within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Please note that exchanges can only be made under the following conditions:
- Return should be done within 15 days.
- The journal is damaged or defective on arrival (we shall need an unboxing video or photographs of the product)
- The journal must have no clear signs of use
To initiate an exchange, please email us at hello.humanhood@gmail.com. Once we receive the product from you, we’ll inspect it and let you know about the next steps.
Additional Information:
Please allow us at least 7 days to dispatch your replacement product once we have received the defective product. We will be responsible to arrange for a return once its approved via email. In case of an exchange, no extra delivery charge will be applied
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of the product, at the moment, we do not have a ‘return for refund’ policy. However, in the case where you want to change the mode of payment for your order or change the quantity of products in your order we shall consider a refund. Refund will be done in your original payment method within 3 days.
To avail the above service, you will have to approach us within 24 hours of placing the order as this service will not be available if your order has already been dispatched.
