1. Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies.
For international orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that there may be slight delays during major festivals, public holidays, or any unforeseen emergencies impacting courier services.
3. Shipping Timelines

Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, remote locations, or other factors outside our control. During high-demand periods such as sale events or festive seasons, timelines may be longer than usual.
4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Certain products are made to order and require additional production time before they are dispatched. For these items, the shipping timeline will be clearly mentioned on the product page. We recommend checking the product description before placing your order if delivery timelines are important to you.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking details for the shipment status to be accurately reflected on the courier’s tracking page.

6. International Shipping
We ship to multiple countries worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Please note the following for international orders:

Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.

Customs duties, import taxes, and any other charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.

We are unable to ship to certain restricted locations. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
7. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address — including flat/house number, street, landmark, city, state, and pin code — is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. We may contact you via email or phone to verify your address if any details appear incomplete or unclear.
Delays arising from an incorrect or incomplete address are not the responsibility of the brand. In the event that a delivery location is inaccessible, delivery time may exceed the standard estimate.
8. Failed Delivery & Returned Orders
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or inaccessibility of the location, the courier partner may reattempt delivery or return the package to us.
In the event of a return to origin (RTO):

Re-dispatch will be arranged upon your confirmation at no additional cost to you.

If re-delivery is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for reasons entirely outside our control, we will cancel your order and process a full refund.
9. Courier Partners & Liability
We work with reliable courier partners to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier company or any factors beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, force majeure events, or technical disruptions at the courier’s end. We will always endeavour to keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.
