Absolutely. You don't need any journaling experience to get started. Every page is guided with thoughtful prompts, so you never have to wonder what to write. Just open to a page and begin wherever you are.
Not at all. The Look Inward Journal isn't dated, so there's no pressure to keep up with a streak. Use it whenever you have the space to pause and reflect - whether that's every day, once a week, or somewhere in between.
The journal explores 12 meaningful areas of life, including self-awareness, relationships, emotions, purpose, habits, fears, gratitude, creativity, and more. Each prompt is designed to help you better understand yourself, one reflection at a time.
A blank notebook gives you space to write. This journal gives you a place to begin. Every prompt has been thoughtfully created with psychologists and therapists to help you reflect more deeply, even on days when you don't know what to ask yourself.
There's no finish line. This journal is meant to move at your pace. Some prompts may take five minutes, while others might stay with you for days. The goal isn't to complete it—it's to keep coming back to yourself whenever you need to.
The Story Behind
For the longest time, we thought we just weren't consistent at journaling. We'd start, stop, pick it up again, and somehow always end up blaming ourselves. But after talking to hundreds of people in our community, we realized we were all saying the same thing. Maybe the problem wasn't us. Maybe some days are simply meant for deeper reflection, and some aren't.
Look Inward is for the days when you have the space to pause. The days when your mind feels a little quieter, you have the energy to think, and you're ready to ask yourself the questions that often get lost in the rush of everyday life.
Thank you for giving yourself this moment.
We hope this becomes one of those little things you genuinely look forward to - a moment that feels calm, comforting, and completely yours. And on the days life feels a little too loud, we hope it reminds you to come back to yourself.
With love,
Sakshi & Unnati
