The Story Behind
One realization completely changed the way we thought about journaling. We don't have the same energy every day. Some days, after showing up for work, family, friends, and everything else life throws at us, there's barely anything left for ourselves. And yet, we kept expecting the same journal to work no matter how we were feeling. It didn't make sense.
So we made Stress Relief for the days when you don't want to write pages or think harder. The days when you just need a small moment to breathe, reset, and feel a little lighter. Because we don't think your journal should expect you to show up the same way every day. It should meet you exactly where you are.
